Cons
The worst place I have ever worked. Complete lack of leadership leaving the company to be run by low level employees during Covid. No loyalty or appreciation for your work. Work difficult and get fired when the visitor is ready for a alter. Keep scaling back workforce to increment "Jr executive" pool. There are upwards of 7 Vice Presidents, none of them stepped upward when needed. Pay was decent, but don't expect a raise after your xc days. Benefits inverse easily every 6 months (see poor management). Hours could be absolutely roughshod. Don't believe their lies almost time off during the holidays. That time off is for people in meetings all twenty-four hours, non people actually working.

Martial arts is a stagnant manufacture and in need of new involvement. Century will demand to grow the industry every bit a whole and/or entry new markets. Century'southward successful manufacturer and distribution processes were created in the 80's-90'south; as well means some outdated business processed remain. In my department, at least, the people are friendly and fun. We piece of work difficult, only have fun while doing it. There are in-firm martial arts classes, likewise.
Cons
Benefits cost a lot (more than than other companies I've been at) and aren't exceptional. Y'all have to wait iii months to be eligible for them (they But changed the 401K to a three-calendar month wait instead of a year, so that'due south practiced). Y'all have to look a full year before getting any paid vacation time. Biggest con is little to no investment in employees. The executives don't seem to grasp (or choose to ignore) the importance of employee moral and the little things that can heave that. Feeling appreciated here is hit and miss, depending on the people you piece of work with. Last matter: The edifice is old, dark, and not thoroughly cleaned. Roof leaks and the air filters are never replaced.
